As the Director of Carbon Neutral Resin Solutions, I bring extensive experience in managing teams, assessing risk, and delivering high-quality engineering work to strict timeframes. My leadership is built on strong technical understanding, practical site experience, and a deep commitment to safety and professionalism.
I ensure that our team is fully trained and competent in the industry’s top systems, including all major resin injection technologies. This allows us to provide reliable, certified solutions for structural stabilisation, void filling, ground improvement, and complex injection projects.

Keith Evans - Principal Engineer
Keith brings over 30 years of high-level construction and regeneration experience to Carbon Neutral Resin Solutions. Having previously led major housing and commercial projects valued at over £500 million, and has built a reputation for exceptional leadership, careful planning, and consistently delivering work to the highest standards.
Before joining CNRS, Keith held roles including Director of Regeneration and Assistant Director, where he managed large multidisciplinary teams, developed complex masterplans, worked with local authorities and stakeholders, and oversaw major redevelopment schemes across London and the South East.
Today, he applies this wealth of knowledge to his role as Principal Engineer, where he helps plan, coordinate, and deliver specialist works using innovative resin systems. His strategic thinking, strong communication, and ability to resolve complex challenges make him a key asset to our engineering team.
Keith is known for combining traditional values, hard work, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship, with modern engineering techniques. His focus on safety, quality, and getting the job done right ensures every CNRS project benefits from his extensive experience and steady leadership.
Leon Kunar-Maraia - Engineer
Leon is a highly motivated engineer with a background in mechanical engineering and hands‑on experience across a wide range of building and construction projects. His practical mindset, strong work ethic, and natural ability to learn quickly make him a valuable part of the CNRS team.

Alongside his trade experience, Jayden has spent years as a semi-professional footballer, bringing discipline, resilience, and a strong team mentality to every job.
